Your farm data belongs to you. Here is exactly what we do with it.

Data we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, phone, farm location) and telemetry generated by your sensors, such as soil moisture, temperature, humidity, tank level and pump events.

How we use it

Telemetry powers your dashboard, alerts and AI recommendations. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to improve our irrigation models.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only with processors required to run the service (cloud hosting, SMS and email delivery) under strict contractual controls.

Retention & your rights

Telemetry is retained for the life of your account plus 12 months. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
